DESCRIPTIVE ESSAY #8: Reducing Weight




     I am wondering why is it in our world there are people that don’t have discipline when it comes to eating the right food. That is why when the time ones that they’re over weight they’re going to blame the food not themselves. Those who are reducing weight are the person who is overweight fat and has a problem regards to obesity. I myself has an experienced to be fat it was too hard to be fat most specially if you don’t have discipline because when you are reducing weight you need to have a full discipline when it comes to the food you eat the change of your lifestyle such as time of your sleep, exercise and the balance diet which is most important to a person who is Reducing weight. 

     There is an article says that The healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets nor bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise. The article simply says that our body needs an exercise which is very important to our physical body For example; someone who hasn't exercised for years shouldn't rush into running miles a day or pounding the treadmill. Not only will the struggle to do so leave you feeling disheartened and unmotivated, you're also far more likely to injure yourself and set your fitness levels back further. I have a question for those people who is reducing weight so, if you need to lose weight, what should you do? Our energy needs weight and loss your body uses food for energy. It stores any excess energy as fat. This means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you'll gain weight. This is the first one that our body really needs. To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. 

     The most effective way to do this is to: reduce the amount of calories you eat and increase your levels of activity. Introduce changes gradually, Increase your activity level, reduce your calorie intake, right down your plan and be patient and persevere this are the qualities which a person should have if he/she is reducing weight. If we live healthy and physically, emotionally and mentally healthy and strong we will not be needing to perform or do reducing weight because we are healthy already through proper exercise and has a discipline to what we eat we don’t need to reduce weight taking care of our body is a good habit.
